Traveling as Couple
Arrived early but no hassle on checking in, hotel room was nice, in fact, extremely nice for the price we paid. Clean and had new everything.

Admittedly, we were looking to stay cheap for one night, but this placed smelled musty, there were bugs on the counter in the breakfast area, and the Internet kiosk was a completely expensive. Downtown location easy walk to falls, dozens of good restaurants and attractions. No view but a clean, comfortable place. Very good value compared to others in area. Caters to large tour bus groups. Front lobby can be chaotic. Nice rooms and easy access. Free parking a nice bonus. ...read more

Very good location, near the restaurants and points of interest in the city, good parking facilities at no charge. Upon checking in, a couple in the hotel was making a complaint that their prescription medicine was stolen from their room by the custodial staff while they were out of their room. For a budget-minded traveler, this place was great. The staff was helpful, and the facilities were nice and clean. It didn't hurt that they upgrade my room because they had the room.

Solo Traveler
Hotel is clean, within walking distance to the falls and attractions. Friendly staff, the hotel has a nice pool and hot tub. Parking is included (you have to pay extra at other hotels).

Our stay there was great, but I accidentally left a phone charger in the room when we left, and even after numerous phone calls to the hotel desk, I was unable to get any information on what had happened to it. The staff didn't seem to care and kept passing me off to other people or telling me to call back another time. That was very disappointing after the nice time we had while we were there.
